Claire Boone is an Assistant Professor at McGill University, jointly appointed in the Department of Economics and the Department of Equity, Ethics, and Policy in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is a health economist whose research focuses on health behaviors, health care delivery, and clinical decision-making. She collaborates with public and private health systems to better understand and improve the quality and effectiveness of care.
